he idea of starting a web design business began back in 2005 when the founder realized that his job was killing him and he needed a change in direction. President and Webmaster for the North Canterbury Chess, Scott found a creative outlet in web design when creating and recreating a simple website for this group.
Christchurch Riding for the Disabled later approached us when they were looking for someone to upgrade their old website. The overhaul of the CRDA website proved a watershed moment. A real epiphany. Scriptus Web Design was born in 2007 to fill a gap in the web design market.

he spiritual home of Scriptus Web Design is North Canterbury in the South Island of New Zealand. We say "spiritual home" because the tools we use for web design are easily relocatable.
